Buff to peasants on Raiding party in terms of endurance, but keep the small health pool. In addition to this I think there should be just peasants in the first initial section.

Furthermore, a peasants revolt map would be a good where the defending team has maybe 20 knights with cav and the other team has 40 peasants with a low health pool, but the same endurance level as a knight. Where they start out at the field and have to go through the grand streets of the town burning and pillaging until they reach the castle where they have to kill their feudal lord. Maybe you could have the king and maybe two body guards with a health buff on the last section.
