Killing Floor 3 and its gorgeous Unreal Engine 5 maps are "a canvas that can be painted with blood and guts"

As we are aware, Killing Floor 3 has been recently announced, however according to several interviews as well as an article above, to quote "Killing Floor 3 is early in development. So much so that, when I sat down with the development team at Tripwire Interactive behind-closed-doors, there were only a few seconds of pre-alpha gameplay to share.
The dates don't exactly match up as Maneater was released back in 2020 and we know it wasn't Killing Floor 3 as it was claimed to be in early development, that makes me think of several choices.
First is of course Red Orchestra 3 /Rising Storm 3 title on UE5, second option is Maneater 2. One of these started development after Maneater. What do you guys think?
